Chia Seed Raspberry Pudding

Something quick and easy that you can make overnight. Perfect breakfast for those who don’t have enough time for a big breakfast in the morning



  • 4tbs of Greek yoghurt
  • 2tbs of Chia seeds
  • 1tbs of honey
  • 1/2tsp of vanilla
  • Handful of raspberries


  1. In a mason jar add the yoghurt and the chia seeds and mix. After the yoghurt and chia is mixed well add in the honey and vanilla. You can add more or less depending on how sweet you want it.
  2. Once everything is mixed add a handful of raspberries, if you don’t have fresh raspberries you can just use frozen berries.
  3. Put in the fridge to set over night.
